Hi Noirah
I have not heard back from you.
I would just like to know that you are in the process of looking into the issue.

More information….
Hello again Noirah,
Doing some quick surfing, I found the following sites all using the same image
Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation
SVSEF Janss Pro-Am 2012 - Event Info
Powder Magazine
Accommodations and Lift Ticket Information | POWDER Magazine
Barry Peterson Jeweler
www.barrypeterson.com/products.cfm?categoryID=3
and to a lesser degree, CafePress
Sun Valley Sticker by highaltitudes2
NONE of these images show ™
To most the images is associated with a TOWN, not a COMPANY.
Again, if I am in error, and the image is a ™, I am glad to stop using it.
But if you read my tweets, you will see that there was not any attempt to mislead or impersonate.
Sun Valley is a TOWN, not a COMPANY, it is also my nickname and where I live.

Hello Noirah,
Thanks for you reply, it starts to shed some light on the issue.
As I have mentioned in all my eMail, I have used the Twitter name "SunValley" for many years.
You can review all my tweets, I have NEVER represented I was any institution, or many any tweets that could be classified as
an impresonation.
(I request you to review the tweet history)
From your comments, I am going to guess that the objection you had with my account is the use of the "Sun Valley Sun" as
my icon.
I have always been under the impression that this is NOT a trademark but a symbol that MANY businesses in the valley use to
promote the are.
If you goto SunValley.com you will see the image, but there is no ™ (Trademark) or copywriter notice
If you goto many shops in town you can buy t-shirts, bumper stickers and other items with the image.
If you goto http://www.barrypeterson.com/products.cfm?categoryID=3 who is a local jeweler, you will see may items in the
likeness of theSun Valley Sun
When I uploaded the image, it was with the belief that the image was in the public domain.
If this is not the case, OF COURSE, I am glad to stop using the image.
HOWEVER, I would like you revisit the main issue and that is of my right to the twitter name SunValley.
As I have written SunValley is not a unique name, like "Exxon" or "Coco-cola"
There are many businesses and towns with the name Sun Valley.
I just did a search and found another person uses "SunValleyID" as their twitter name, it is a local real estate salesperson.
Again, I am not certain the the image WAS a trademark symbol, but in any event I am glad to not use it, however, I do not
consider it fair or equitable that you have taken my long established twitter name from me.
If there was ANY confusion, I would have understood the request for me to change my icon, but taking a generic name from
me and assigning to one of the MANY various Sun Valley entities seems unfair and arbitrary.
Can you please comment on this note, or it there is still an issue, contact me so we can amicably resolve this issue.

Hello Noirah
I have made a few small changes to my twitter profile.
I am still uncertain what you originally objected to.
Can you BE SPECIFIC about your objection.
More importantly, you IGNORED the main issue.
You have no justification for taking my long established twitter name away from me.
Please explain and justify your actions.
I consider this unacceptable.
To repeat the eMail you ignored:
Sun Valley is a common name used by many businesses and various cities.
It i also my NICKNAME
It is also the town I live in.
It is NOT a unique name like "Exxon" or "Coco-cola".
I have NEVER impersonated any entity.
I strongly object to my Twitter name being taken.
Please reverse this unfair and unjustifiable action IMMEDIATELY.
